Yes, Rae is my middle name. My dad's middle name is Raymond, so they feminized it for me. Amanda is my first name because it was the only name my parents could agree on at the time. My dad wanted to name me Lucille :sick

and my mom wanted to name me Hillary. Both hated the other's name. I'm glad neither parent got their way. If my dad got his way, I would have been the butt of every "Hey Lucy" joke, and if my mom got her way it would have been a bit embarrassing because one of my younger sisters is named Monica.
