BYC members in Massachusetts?

Only went to Salem once, with an elderly aunt visiting old friends. Not something a typical 20-something would do but she was a peach and the closest thing to a grandmother. I only remember how narrow the roads were reflecting the age of the town.

The 4H club had their meeting Fri night and I was just told that they are interested in doing a swap, but don't want to do it on June 22nd because that is their movie night.

They also want to go to a swap first to see what it is all about. I told them about the one today, which I assume is too short notice, and the Tynsborough one on the 16th.

I will let you know when they decide on a date.

Mr DOherty also said at the Westboro swap that he was p lanning on one in August at his place. No date yet. Maybe July would be a good date given all the factors.

I need to move a few birdies!!

Turkey poults-- May5th-- $12 each, mixed breeds

Speckled Sussex-- price depends on age. $5 chicks, $7-10 young pullets

light olive egg layers-- black feathered pullets with muffs on most--$10

How do you find out about the swaps? Is there a news list that you can sign up for to get more information?
THere are two so far that I know of-- I really can't beleive there are not more . . . .

@ the Westford Sportsman CLub once a month except July and AUgust
At the TYngsboro Garden once a month-- this one is just starting up again -- so we need lots of people to attend!!

Discussion of having one in Dudley, MA, date not set yet. Still in planning stage.

Often at the shows you can buy stock in the sales pen area.
