BYC members in Massachusetts?

Yes, Klems does carry straight runs, but they do not sell any chicks until after easter. I think you have to buy a minimum of 6 at a time. hope this helps!

One of the schools we donated eggs to just had a hatch. Check out their webcam on this thread.
If anyone in the area (South Coast) knows of teachers wanting to hatch eggs in their classroom, please give them our contact info. We would be happy to donate the eggs. We have donated almost 100 hatching eggs so far!

Help us to pass 100 before the summer!

anyone know some good places to get chicks in MA?

What breeds are you looking for and where in Mass are you? We will have Swedish Flower, Black Copper Marans, Ameraucanas, RI Reds and Barred Rocks hatching this month. Silkies and Bourbon Red Turkeys in May... Polish and Seramas in late Summer (and my wife still thinks we need more birds :/ )

I looking for lots of types, Australorps, Tetra Tints,Gold comets, speckled sussexs, buff orpingtons, and finally blue orpingtons. And I live in Concord, MA. Thank you for answering.

Concord isn't to far from Townsend and the farmers exchange has chicks and order forms to get whatever you want.
