Anyone know where I might get 2-3 Rhode Island Reds for spring?
Tractor Supply said they get “reds” but don’t know the breeds as they are mixed...‍???

You can order day old chicks from lots of places and get exactly what you want. Especially since Charlene chose you, it might be fun to go through the baby-chicks-in-the-mail experience. It is crazy! I used cackle and have been very happy with my flock (I got a bunch of different ones -- plymouth barred rocks, orpingtons, sex link, etc.)

Not sure about spring but I know currently when I did a search for chickens on Craigslist someone had some pullet RIR available. You may want to contact them to see if it is something they have available often.

Anyone looking for a roo or 2? I have a lavender orpington and a Buff Orpington that would love a flock of hens for themselves! they're sweet boys, about 5 months old.

Hi out there!
Moving to Groton, Massachusetts from Michigan with my family and my goats. Just sold off all my chickens for the move and looking forward to putting in a McMurray or maybe Deer Run Farm order and restarting. Not chickening is simply not an option.
Hope everyone's having a good year so far.

Welcome to MA! Im in Lunenburg, right next door! What kind of goats do you have?
