BYC Moderator Appreciation Request Thread

Our BYC Moderators have been doing a LOT of amazing work behind the scenes. I've had a ton of experience with community, team and group management over my life and I'd put our moderators against any other management team anywhere! Also, it is important to recognize that compared to other forums, we have way fewer moderators relative to the number of posts per day. This is almost completely due to the fact that they are so good at what they do. They love this community and work like crazy to keep things going.

So, please take a few seconds out of your busy chicken loving schedules and let the moderators know how much you appreciate all their amazing work and dedication to this community!
