**BYC= Most friendly website?**

Still a friendly place. Perhaps a bit confusing this week but we'll work beyond that as we adapt to this new version.

And we will.

I don't know the whys of this format change. I'm not a computer guy. But I'm also sure that our leaders did not consider this change lightly, that they did what they felt was in the best interest of this site as a whole.

They did this for our benefit.

And we will be quite happy happy here once we understand how it all works.

In one of the other posts someone mentions "the cool group."

The real "cool group" here are the adminstration and moderators who have provided this site and keep it functioning.

I second the 'real cool group' - admin. and mods. NO ONE hates change more than Sourland - that is a fact, and yet I am surviving here without any whining and threats. I say live with the changes and grow because of them. There's enough real world negativity - no need for it here. In the immortal words of the great redhen, "Just sayin'. "

Sourman, I've got to hate change more than anyone you
know...

Clock in my office...an hour fast. I don't do daylight saving
time. I just know I'm an hour off.

My calendar? Yep, it's still a 2011. I have a 2012...just different.
2011 is a Nascar calendar, 2012 is not.

I don't do change well.

Spook, we may be brothers. Clock in the computer room - one hour fast. Still hanging on to 2011 desk calender, but I am running out of space to write things.

Nifty Chicken has explained at length in several posts why this change was necessary, and what kind of effort went into making this choice. We are well aware there are shortcomings with this platform. We have allowed a lot of ranting and complaining. We realize there will be some who will leave. We always welcome feedback -- in BYC

Really, folks, it's time to move on.
