"If you love your neck feathers, let them go, if they come back, tell them it is too late, you should not have left the first time, now I have younger prettier feathers on the way, so, ha!"

~When you were young and your heart was an open book, you used to say little feather fly, but in this ever changing molt in which we live in you are going to try... and say..."get back here an stay on my neck, dang you feather!"

"Has anyone seen my neck feathers? They were white, and fluffy..."

~It's kinda like lost and found in a border town, asking bout a diamond ring- they just look at you like you lost your mind, say they haven't seen a thing.
