Thank you ! She has a story to tell. Raul King was going to put her down when I asked if I could have her. Took her home fed her vitamin and probiotics and plenty of water and she doing fine.

sweet sweet Bertha ..all the stars alighted and she was saved, a bright life for her.

Chicken: "Mom! for the last time, I am not a girl!... now give me cuddles, I command you!"

one second later... jumped on my lap for health check. Suki (he) loves health checks. The comb and waddles grow more everyday! (but we still call her she... because well, it's ingrained in us-).

He hatched on Easter (so still a baby)—eggs were shipped over 3,800 miles (if my math is still right). He popped out of a rich, dark chocolate-colored egg, complete with those adorable fuzzy feet!

To this day, I can still carry him around the property with one arm (he does make funny noises)—he just treats me like Im his personal sightseeing tour as I want him to get used to the rest of the places he can roam with his gal-pals.
