BYC revisited.....

HI Guys
the first time I logged into BYC was about 4 years ago.... I know.... Guilty as charged!!!!
well anyway on that occasion it was to inquire about a mystery illness which was reducing the numbers of our fist intake which were 6.... It is with sadness that I must advise the passing of the last of the Original group... its only a few days ago that i was thinking that she was looking so healthy so much so that that our recent arrival ROCKY
had her ear marked for the morning chase along with our two young chickens.....
We are left with the nagging thought of not knowing the course of this mystery ailment
Our Ducks which are the same age are still with us and have been completely healthy
through out living in the same building and compound.

I assume that possibly it is the alien wild creatures that bring the during their daily
visits for there dip into the seed tray. wood pigeons are the worst offenders.

Finally I shall endeavor to drop by more frequently now... but right now I have a duty
to perform one that weighs heavy.
