Solved BYC slow to load then freezes.

I just cleaned out "cookies" (I regularly clean out cache but not cookies) and performance seems to have improved.

A new video card fixed my issue! I just installed and tested and yahoo! This one is awesome compared to the Intel integrated one.

Oddly, none of the diagnostics or hardware/software checking said anything was wrong, but it's nearing five years old, so I'm guessing that old one had a glitch.

Sorry some of you are having problems. We don't see anything odd on our side, and we haven't made any changes for a month or two.

Those having issues, if you haven't already, please reply with:

1. When the problem started, and if it's still happening
2. What EXACTLY is happening. We need a lot more specifics about what you're doing, clicking, what you see (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
3. What device & browser/version you are using.

I instaled the BYC app and that runs fine so it seems likely that it's a browser problem. I'll try a different browser when I can muster the patience and report back.

Slow for me too on an ipad. Loads fairly fast up until about an inch for the cursor to go, stalls for 30secs plus then whizzes to the end. If I try to scroll down the page I get a blue background for another 30 seconds + whilst it loads the rest. If I leave the web page & go back I often get a black screen.
Having cleared the internet cache inc cookies & updated to latest IOS 18.01 it’s not as bad as before when I’d go off and make tea or something similar whilst waiting for it to load.
Other websites load much faster. Started 2-3 weeks ago.
Just refreshed this page & same happens:

Just tried it on Safari & it loads fine so unfortunately it seems to be a Firefox issue which is a shame as I don’t like Safari.
Maybe others might find that to be a solution?

I don't use my iPad except when not home, which isn't very often, but it's always so much faster than the computer. I only use Safari. If my devices act up, I just take them to our cellular store (Cellcom), and they fix them. Any chance you could have yours go through your iPad for you?

The site is working fine on PC and phone now with any browser I've tried.
The app is also working fine.
