What Are Your Favorite Cuts of Beef?

All beef is great, just too dang expensive most of the time, so it's usually chicken or pork here. There are good sales for bone in rib roasts around the holiday season, so I usually buy a couple and slice them into steaks. Still have a few left in the freezer for whenever the craving strikes.
 
Treiyaki steak and rice. (also available in chicken format for the non-beef eaters in my house)
