Are we still talking chicken? Dark meat at this house. Wings, as well - the flat is better than the drumette. Organs get used but not as a course (if out, I'll order fried liver or rumaki if available. Feet in stock or tied to a chop stick to make a back scratcher. The oyster is the best part.
