My favorites are chops, tenderloin and pork belly. We make our own bacon, daughter makes bacon wrapped pork chops with a mustard butter

Of course they do. Everyone has their own tastes and preferences. It is wonderful that we don't all like the same things.

Yep. Me. And my mom.

I believe it’s 4 Tbsp butter, softened not melted, plus 2 Tbsp each Dijon mustard and honey. Serve on warm chops of course so butter melts. Adjust honey to taste, we use local which isn’t as sweet as that stuff in the store and we don’t use the full 2 Tbsp. .
