What Are Your Favorite Cuts of Pork?

I'm debating cutting it in to 4-6 pieces then braising those or just putting the whole thing in the foodi.
 
I cut it into 8-10 pieces, salted & peppered them, browned them, then put them in the foodi with orange juice, cumin, garlic, celery, onion, and chicken broth.
 
Pressure cook it for about 45 min, then pop it onto a foil lined cookie sheet and baste liberally with bbq sauce. 20 min or so on broil setting to caramelize that sauce and you have a nice bbq butt. Next best thing to smoking it
