Radish
Eggplant

So I don’t know how they taste. But all others I have tried and I like them. So I don't doubt I’ll like those four if someone who knows how to cook them makes them for me.

There are lots of pickles that are not made from cucumbers. Pickled heart is not a vegetable but is delicious.
