It seems like a copyright infringement issue. I'd try re-uploading with no song, or an open license / free song.

I wanted to upload a video of one of my chicks hatching, but I battled with youtube. When it told me it'll take about 2 hours to upload a 3min video I binned it. Sorry guys, I'd have loved to enter, but I think I'll keep my internet adventures and uploads to this site.

I know what you mean I started uploading my video at 4:00 am and it finished at 8:30 pm .
