Love a good butter cookie. Which are the ones with the jam? So I can imagine eating them.Entry #1- Assorted holiday cookies (Gingerbread, butter, almond, chocolate (which isn't in the picture), and plain):

They are Pretty! These are hot coco themed mini cupcakes. They are a moist chocolate cake with a vanilla and light peppermint buttercream. I made 135 cupcakes. Many of which were eaten while being made.View attachment 3349316View attachment 3349317View attachment 3349318

Aww thanks so much. People wouldn’t stop eating them!!! I’m sure my friend ate like 10 of them. They are Pretty!
Ha ha they were. I used the recipe I already posted on here for a chocolate cake. 12-13 min in the oven in small cupcakes pans and bam. Best chocolate cupcakes. Icing is a homemade attempt that worked lol. But you can use any vanilla buttercream and add some peppermint extract. That's a lot of cupcakes. They sound delicious.
They sound and look delicious.Fruitcake cookies

I used dried fruit—dates, cranberries, and raisins, but you could use the candied fruit for fruitcakes. Lots of walnuts too. Spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and soaked the fruit in 2 T of vanilla extract. They taste and smell very festive….
