These are hot coco themed mini cupcakes. They are a moist chocolate cake with a vanilla and light peppermint buttercream. I made 135 cupcakes. Many of which were eaten while being made.View attachment 3349316View attachment 3349317View attachment 3349318

I love eating buttercream..it tastes expensive but anyone can make it. Peppermint buttercream..that is so creative..
