I’m not sure what breed she was…. Last spring I got some eggs to hatch from someone that had different breeds in the same coop so she is a mix, maybe buff Orpington/polish/silkie?

These are the breeds they had… buff orpington, silkies. A Brahma and a Polish/silkie rooster.

I used to have a rooster that looked very similar to Dot, he was only a couple months old in the picture. I got rid of him then because I got tired of him crowing All day every day in our basement

Gorgeous hens. I love RIR, yours are a beautiful shade of red. Cartridge is my favorite color of silkie. She's a nice looking hen. Orpington are always curious.

The girls say thank you❤ Yes, Rose is quite curious. It is often hard for me to get pictures of her because she instantly gets as close to the camera as possible so she can peck it lol
