My darling dumb friend jacked up my lid because she thought it was hers, but que sera sera.

If my vaguely threatening little boy doesn’t win I am suing.

Just finished carving my pumpkin for this year. I couldn’t decide between a horse and a chicken, so I did both. It’s not fancy or anything, but it’s the first time I’ve come up with my own pumpkin design.

I’m not a huge fan of the spooky Halloween stuff, but I do love carving pumpkins and the candy.

I haven't carved a pumpkin yet this year... Not even sure if I will be. I will post a pic if I do. But....
I feel the best thing to scrape out the inside of a pumpkin with is a flat canning jar lid- (no handle to get in the way).

No stencils were used, only a sharpie, box cutter, fishing filet knife, fried chicken cutting knife and a huge spoon. I had fun Friday evening carving. I turned out the lights and took a photo of these pumpkins sitting in the diningroom. I grew in my garden this year. The seeds were yummy too!
