It'll still make good brooder box to move chicks to for a day or so after hatching, so it isn't a complete loss.

Don't put that thought in my head. I'll end up hatching turkeys on Thanksgiving, Easter Eggers on Easter, Olive Eggers on St. Patrick's day . . . oh boy!

Sorry about it not working. My incubator looks like that and I'm setting eggs now and hoping it works.

I even tried spacing them out and staggering the next row and they still started bunching up.

Edit: I had high hopes for that one since it accepts a 12V ATV battery in the event of a power outage.

Me too! I added another Brahma egg in there because of the single Brahma egg mysteriously dying on my previous hatch along. Hoping at least 2 of them hatch! It would be awesome if they had feathered legs.
