If anyone here knows about horseradish they would understand my discomfort. ONIONS are nothing in comparison!!!

I love horseradish...in moderation. But I do know how easy it is to get a bite of too much. The pain in the sinuses in unbelievable. It’ll clear them in no time flat.

You all are cracking me up about the horse radish. Yes, I have processed a bunch of it for an event before and it is strong. But, my favorite horse radish story happened at a tent celebration for the grand opening of a big Palm Desert Resort Living project. It was a little dark in the tent and the chefs were serving the food. They put the horse radish next to the potatoes. I'm not the only one who ate a spoonful of horse radish before I realized it.

OMG I once walked into the kitchen to see if my german mother in law needed help. She was grating horseradish with a hand grater! I got out of there quick, but my respect for her grew , here I was related to Super Woman!
