not getting out to the grocery store store helps too, lost 8 lbs. this month without trying.
Still having lots of empty shelves out here at grocery store and Wally World - enough is enough. TP is back in stock - off brands and very small pkgs.
I'm okay though my son sent me some mega rolls via Amazon. But I already had quite a bit since he didn't use up much when he came for holidays last December.
