Quite some time ago,, I was watching a YouTube video, This one particular person was BBQing some raccoon, and opossum., Was supposedly for a Sunday congregation. Then he pulled out a 10 pound tube of baloney,,, and placed it onto the grill also. It was him,,, that called it an Arkensaw Steak,,,. Said it was for those that would not choose to eat the raccoon, or opossum.

Don't get me wrong.. I do like baloney on sandwiches. It is basically an overgrown hot dog piece of lunchmeat. I like hot dogs as well.
Now when I ask the DW, to get me some Arkensaw Steak,, she chuckles,, but knows what I'm talking about.

I guess I need to expand my culinary experiences, I've never had an Arkensaw Steak. (Or grilled raccoon or opossum either, but that's ok.)
