Anyone else get the feeling of safety just by seeing lights in the distance? Out my bedroom window I can see a light a couple of kilometers away, and it makes me feel like I'm not alone, even though I've never met the people on that property.

Nope. Too many trees, and even if there weren't, I feel safest when there's no way to see anybody or any buildings.
