btw, re glasses fogging up, a mask with a properly adjusted nosepiece (such as a twist tie sewn in) will prevent this. The air should not come out (or go in) around the bridge of the nose, but thru the cloth. Also cleaning glasses w soapy water or special lens cleaner or white vinegar will prevent fogging. I wear glasses and never have this issue.

I totally agree with you, but I breathe HEAVY and I have a beard like my brothers on Duck Dynasty,

so a secure fit of mask gets challenging.
