I don't get dressed up often but I do like to have a good suit to wear when appropriate. And I thought I did until I tried it on a couple days ago.
It didn't close in the front, I could finally button the pants (or breath, but not both). The moth holes at the top of the collar were at least covered by my hair. Back to get a new suit.

I have actually done that twice but it took a full on Atkins diet and a couple months. I need my suit in a week.
