True story! When I was an electrician I was with a group at the Union Hall and one of the officials was appalled at how many members and their families were supporting a candidate they were opposing. He backed this claim by bragging they would call members homes claiming to be pollsters. (And people wonder how I got so jaded.)
People are shocked that polls are so far off after an election.
