Park sculpture can get pretty strange. We've got some doozies in our town. Someone donated a sculpture made out of different sized pipes that was supposed to catch the wind and make different whistling noises but they placed it in a spot that was mostly sheltered from the wind. Realizing their mistake, they moved it to a different place. But I've been by it numerous times and never heard a peep out of it. It just looks like a pile of rubbish
