We played a different version, Cow Pie Bingo, as a fundraiser. The field was laid out in grids (probably much bigger than those needed for a chicken) and the groups sold "Bingo Squares." They did all the work, before and after. All we did was check out the fence and bring the cow. When you have 200+ people awaiting a cowpie, the levels of anticipation and humor are seriously intense!
