Bar of soap... With lots of soap having good, clean fun!
I have a friend who went through chemo (she's fine now) and through her I became acquainted with wigs. My only experience had been with theatrical wigs. Synthetic wigs have come a long way! They are very realistic. Some of them would definitely fool me.
You'd be AMAZED at how many well-known people and celebs use "helper hair" - women AND men. It's still considered something you don't talk about in entertainment and politics.
They'll admit to cosmetic surgery long before they'll admit to wearing helper hair!
