Anyone else do this?

I pulled a muscle in my back day before yesterday.
Ironically, I have NO Idea how I even did it. My back hates me.
40 years I fell off a ladder, down flight of stairs and landed on my back. No problem. Got up, dusted myself off and went back to work.
Today. I can throw my back out and be in bed a week for sneezing wrong.

I saw a cartoon -- probably on this thread! -- that had the same guy with his arm in a cast, talking to his friend, explaining how he hurt himself.

#1: as a 20 year old
"I fell off a ladder and got hit by a car."

#2: 40 year old
"I fell while downhill skiing."

#3: 60 year old
"I opened a jar of peanut butter."

If anyone has the cartoon I'm (probably badly) describing, please repost it!

I have managed to pull muscles in my shoulder while sleeping 😴

I slipped on the dog bed and broke my wrist and tore my MCL. Two weeks later I fell down the stairs because said knee gave out, and put a dent in the wall with my head. Didn’t break anything else though.
Old sucks.
I suppose there may be different categories of heavenly existence after earthly death. In many religions, there is an eternal and incorruptible body in which to look forward. No pain. No disease. No suffering….

So now all I can imagine is that we all look like Gumby in heaven.

Well, I've always wanted to be more flexible 😇
