I am adding buttons for eyes on my appliques and have a handful more of those to sew on..otherwise I really am done!!

Katiebelle...I made you a special block, hope you like it, my husband and son laughed a bit but said they thought you would like it. I figured you deserved a lttle more effort since you took on such a big task at such a young age, thanks so much!!

So, yep, except for a few button eyes, I am DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the fabric purchased and washed. Suppose to rain for a few days this week so hope to get started then.

I still have the legs, eyes and combs for my hens. I haven't had the time to slow down and get them done. I hope to get to them this week next week at the latest. But man life has a way of taking over the best laid plans LOL.


Everyone is doing so great this has been a fun swap.

I have all of my fabric! It's all going in the wash tonight! I still need to tweak the pattern and then start cutting. I just started in on the April block swap blocks though!
