I've seen those sidewiders and may end up with one too as it's a major pain to unthread and fill a bobbin when you are in the middle of working on something!

Freecycle is a great site as you join local group and can offer stuff you no longer nee and recieve stuff that other people don't need but hate to just throw in trash.
I have even rehomed roos on freecycle. I got windows to make cold frames for my garden etc

I like Freecycle myself. We have received several, several items and we have given away a lot too. You need to give just as much as you receive, meaning if you are asking for something.....you need to offer something.

Just another addiction for Scrambled coming on.
