Sacramento, CA at the moment. I used to live in Alameda, CA, we had about 10 chickens there. Then moved to Grass Valley and finally settled here in Sacramento. Will be getting three chickies mid April. Does anybody from Sacramento area have any GOOD feed store suggestions? For buying food, as well as the chicks themselves?

I don't know where in Sac you are, but if you're not too far South, probably the best place is Echo Valley Feed in Auburn. You probably know of it from when you lived in GV, but if not and it's not too far, give them a look.
