I'm hoping to see many CA BYCers there. Does anyone have any other ideas about how to get the word out? I know it's short notice, but Nifty and I wanted it to be informal, and just fun, not too much work. We have a new member who might come to pick your awesome brains about your chicken wisdom, but you have to come for it to do her any good.

OH, I had an idea! We could kill a few birds with one stone (worst saying to use on BYC, I know)...

What if people organizing ChickenStocks posted in their local craigslist? We could get more peeps to the meetup and more to BYC, right?

I have only been to the beach in Cali once- somewhere near Monterey. I stuck my East Coast toesies in the Pacific.
