I cannot begin to say how heartbroken and disappointed we are wit this hatchery. I had place an order nearly a month ago. I ordered 5 breeds of rare birds. The day before they were "supposed" to be shipped I called to confirm my order. No dice. This place charged my card for the 25 birds plus the shipping fee of $15. Now, today, 2 days after they have been shipped I still don't have them. They charged the shipping fee and don't even have a tracking number for me. The one lady was rude saying that it wasn't their fault and they will call me when they know where they are. Well, I doubt it. I just read a whole bunch of reviews on them and how their customer service stinks especially when it comes to responding to the customer's inquiries. My chicks are likely going to die or be ill if I even get them at all. I wonder if they even shipped them. Oh, to add to my misery, they are only sending 3 different breeds of birds not 5 like I ordered. I would think they would be more understanding. After all, these are to be my pets not eating birds. To me it's no different than a dog or cat. I'm pretty angry at these folks. I do not recommend ordering from them. Read more on the site Dave's Garden. Pretty sick. One girls was walking around their showroom with a dead bird while others were eating doughnuts chatting. I wish I would have ordered from MM hatchery.
