i always call, i get a live person who can answer my questions and do my order right there, i dont fool with the website, calling is much easier!

I placed a first time order with them online the other week. Went in with my mom on some. I got an email saying all my chicks were out(buff brahmas & sal favs) and would not be available until late may and would that be ok. Well I emailed back and said "no" my mom wanted hers asap, so would they cancil any not available. But I have not gotten any response from the reply. Anyone having dealth with them before, will they send the rest or hold the whole order?

LOL - I'm the same. But there is actually a practical reason for doing things online too. If there is a dispute in the future about "what was said", being able to pull up an email can help settle the dispute. If the conversation took place on the phone and you say "But xxxxx said there would be no order cancellation fees", and xxxxx denies saying such a thing, you have no way to prove it.
