Cackle hatchery's Hatchery Surprise- Anybody got this before?

Still job hunting....I need work to move to my little mini farm rental - really driving me crazy cause I'm staying with my sister AND my MOM!!!! I moved out at 18 for a reason......

I have 3 blue and 2 black orps hatched (in my sis's garage - yup she's thrilled with my little "issue") Yesterday I put 3 BBS orps from "show" birds in - due fri. I got another 11 going into hatcher on the 21st, 8 silver laced polish on the 23 and another 11 bbs orps on the 24.

Missprissy is sending me another dozen sometimethis week. And I bid on some wc black polish - couldn't help it, they're a steal!!!

My chickis at home are growing like crazy! DH wants them to move up here soon - I think he's tired of monitoring them. He just wants to look at them! LOL!!

Let me find the photos, I'll post them......Come on APRIL!!!!

Well, you can eat them, if they are girls you'll get eggs, duck and turkey eggs don't taste the same as chicken, but they aren't bad and are good in cooking, or you could breed them if you get a male and a female. You could give them away or sell them when they get big.. Those are just some of your options of you get the hatchery surprise and you get ducks and turks..

Not to hijack the post and make it all about me, but.....
This is our younest set of black orp "project" chicks. I think I have a few too many boys

Here are they brooder babies moved to the outside pen. There are orps, turkens and polish

Here is our only self-white polish. She has really feathered out on top!

I miss my birds SOOOOOOO much...I think I'm in withdrawl.

The 5 down stairs are just not doing it for me!!!!

Well I have 4 brooders set up right now and could set up many more at anytime. We already have ducks, geese, chickens, goats, pigeons, rabbits, dogs, cats, ferrets, parakeets, a pig, crawdads and a turtle....... a few more won't hurt

Well I started by taking a half day off from work on the second of April, since then I have called Cackel twice and found out that I should get my suprise on the 3 so now I am taking a full day off on the third of April so I will be having an unvailing party that day. If you can't make it I will take pictures!!!!
