Cackle hatchery's Hatchery Surprise- Anybody got this before?

Well nothing came in the mail today. And I tried calling them and they never picked up the phone. I emailed them. Im worried the chicks might be lost or worse.

Mine were susposed to be shipped on the 27th. I got a voice mail on the 28th and they said that they had a problem with the post office and that mine would not be shipped until the 3rd. I am going to try to call them and see if they have been shipped. Maybe they are a week behind.

called cackle. mine were shipped out yesterday. She said they are behind on some of the orders. hopefully yours is not one of them

I'm not happy about this because I took the day off to wait for them. The number i try to call is 1-417-532-4581

I always have to hit redial to be able to get them....otherwise I always get a busy signal.

I am in Missouri, about 100 miles from Cackle. Guess where I am going tomorrow?!!! I can not get a human to answer the phone there at Cackle, so I will just have to go and check it all out! Like I really need more chicks! BUT, I don't have any silkies yet. Wish me luck.

They are here, 2 were doa. Grandson is 5 so were are having a funeral when grandpa gets home. Have one little black one with a yellow top hat not doing well. Last night it got down to 45 I think they got cold. Gave it some warm water with a little honey. He is riding around in my bra for warmth(sorry if to much info) He has opened one eye and started to peep a little so I am keeping my fingers crossed. I will post pics when I get everyone settled.
