Cactus question

I've been planning a greenhouse. I have hundreds of trichocereus seeds I want to start ASAP

I don't have a greenhouse but would love to have one too! Trichocereus cacti would grow fabulous in a greenhouse. I've got my collection under grow lights now but will get most of them outside come late spring.

I have the roof trusses I just need to source lumber and I will be close. I've dreamed of a greenhouse for years. I need a place to start my garden, keep cacti, and I really want to start growing hoya from seed. I live in a tiny house that's mostly off grid, I plan on putting a bathroom/shower area in a third of the greenhouse. It will be a huge upgrade to our living situation

My little cactus has been blooming for about a month now, it’s totally the wrong season for it, but I’m so happy! It’s had probably about a dozen blooms and has a lot more buds. It’s a huge transformation from a year ago when I started taking care of it

Those are SOOOOOO pretty! I’m quite jealous, seeing as all of mine are pretty much dormant right now!

Anyone else grow cacti from seed? I'm not too familiar with some of the terminology and I'm trying to figure out what you call the initial points of green that pop up after sprouting. You can see the very closest seedling has just one of those points and the rest have 2! I know it's early but I may have a mutation on my hands!

seeds are a scop hybrid, they should grow out to have very small or no spines and minimal ribs
