Cage ????

My mom picked up this little cage today at a yard sale. I am not real sure what it is for, but thought you guys could give it a once over. It is about the size of a rabbit nesting box, but has a pull out bottom and locking door. There is no name or markings on it. I would think it is poultry or game bird related.

Maybe it's a show cage. I've seen similar type stuff at rabbit shows. I don't show animals, though, so I'm just going on a hunch. The size and door access look like something you'd use at a show.
