My ducks are just coming up to 3 months of age-
And I just wondered when you all start offering calcium for egg laying? I don't want to run into any problems, once they are laying, so its important to me to get this right, and time it right. So I want to ask now so I can prepare for that, and prepare for any issues.

My girls are aylesbury mixes (I believe crossed with pekins), they actually come directly from the egg industry, so I am expecting quite a lot of eggs.
My plan is to feed most of the eggs and all egg shells back to them.

I keep oyster shell available at all times, for all my birds, in a separate dish. They only eat it as they need it. I also offer them egg shells. You have a little while before your ducks start to lay, but it wouldn't hurt to put it out now. :)
