Calcium like excretions appearing on shell after day 7 of incubation

Hi, I am incubating 5 eggs in a home made incubator that is proving to be tricky to maintain temp and humidity. At the day 7 canceling we were ecstatic to see all we’re fertile and with embryos. However, I noticed these excretions appear around day 10 on one of the eggs (see photo). On candling the “infected” egg things seem to be ok. I’m keen to know if anyone can tell me what this is and whether it is a bad sign. The egg doesn’t smell and there doesn’t seem to be any cracks.

Can you smell this one and see what it smells Ike?

Also...can you candle it tonight in a dark room snd get a few clear pictures of it?

Welcome to BYC! Are any other eggs like that? Are using filtered water? I got salty build ups that looked like that on my thermometer and hydrometer when I used unfiltered tap water.

No. Only this one. Tried to take pics of candling but too blurry. The embryo looks good still and there’s a nice air sack. I think I’ll just wait and see.

Tried to get clear photos but failed. The embryo looks as it should for day 11. Nice air sack. Think I’ll keep a close eye on any other changes.

Did you wipe off the excretions?
Did shell look porous when candling?
I didn’t try to remove. They look like calcium deposits and was afraid to damage egg. Not sure what a porous shell looks like when candling. This is my first time candling. Here’s what I took.

So they were hard rather than liquid?
Yes, you can see the porosity in that first pic.
Wonders if that is where the fluid is coming out.
I've hatched porous eggs before, never had the weep tho.
