Does anyone know what these little calcium tumors are? and why they appear on the shells? I have one hen who has been laying them recently.

hey are just calcium deposits. They just happen. No problem there
just give the oyster shell free-choice. They won't take more than they needThanks guys. I figured I was giving them too much oyster shell. So I cut that back and the issue resolved.
