Calibrating Hygrometer?

I'm trying to get ready for my next batch of eggies, and I'm having a hard time calibtrating my hygrometer. I've tried the cup of salt and a ziploc bag method. With the dry CO weather the highest humidity it will hit is 60%. What should I do? Should I try again or just add 15% to it in the bator?

You will have to add water to the bator to get a higher humidity. What are you hatching?
