Weird. Usually pairs of animals are allowed. Would a single goose be happy?

A single goose IS weird since they are flock mentality like chickens are. Although my farm Mom dispersed her gaggle and kept just one pet Toulouse for a while -- it would hang out with our Olde Boston Bulldogge.

c. 1950's - Olde Boston Bulldogge (NOT a Boston Terrier!) was friendly with people and animals alike.

I have 4 roosters I need to rehome. A beautiful Black Silkie, an Ayam Cemani/EE cross roo, and AC/Mille Fleur D'uccle roo and a mystery roo from a barnyard mix egg.

Anyone interested?

This is all 4 of them

This is the AC/MFD (I think that is what he is)

This is the mystery roo

This is the silkie

The Ac/EE cross has clean legs, the AC/MFD has feathered legs

Aww :) Are there a breeds of goose that are preferred for ESA?
I don't think so. This will be my first goose. I'm getting a pilgrim goose. They are supposed to docile and somewhat quiet. Since she'll be socialized well, maybe that will help. I doubt a white Chinese would be one. But there was a lady who took her duck on a plane. And a turkey as well. I have public anxiety. And since a single goose needs constant attention, shoot I need attention too. We will be perfect. Hehe

Sounds like a good match :) my neighbors have pilgrim geese. They're very social but also quiet. They LOVE attention!

Yes, it will be an indoor goose and be with me 24/7. I actually have papers ready for it to be an ESA so when I travel, it comes as well.

Forgive my ignorance -- Is ESA a type of therapy animal?

Welsh Harlequin are about 4 lbs and supposedly docile and not bad egg layers. Anyone have experience?
