Dr Zambrano, based out of Stanton, has a mobile vet service, but it may be too expensive for her to bring her RV to you. I'd message her to see if she will reduce the fee to drive out in a car. She does not call herself an avian specialist, but she was more knowledgeable and caring than the avian specialist in my city. She sees my dogs, cats, and chickens, and has always been great. (Rabbits, too.)
BYC people in OC and Long Beach, check out Dr Z if you need a vet!

I take my girls to animal and bird veterinary medical center in Norco. 951-371-7120. The Dr there is great with chickens, as well as other birds! It is a bit of a drive for me but worth it when you need help. Maybe you can contact them and see if they know an avian vet in your area?

Hello southern Californians! Anyone in the San Fernando valley (northridge) area willing to adopt a baby duck with a half torn wing? I'm not equips to care for him/her and I'd like to see him/her go to a good home.

If it is from one of the wild ducklings or looks like it, if you have a wildlife rescue they may take it in.
