ahh so its just another name for japanese cots? I had never heard them called russian before. Someone called them feral quail before and that got me too.

never heard of those kind of quail but would love to see pics of them and yes if u can get some eggs that would be great I can even trade eggs for my bantam eggs of my seramas or oegbI can get you some russian quail eggs.
do you combine them with large fowl chickens?We are from San Diego and have 10 in our flock.
