Call duck eggs

Hi, I have had call duck eggs in the incubator for a little over 22-24 days and they have been wiggling the eggs back and forth for about a day but still have not piped. Is this normal and when should I expect them to pip? I put them in incubation lockdown a few days ago as a precaution. Thank you!

There have been other members on here who have had trouble with call ducks pipping on their own. I would keep an eye on them.

You should expect them to hatch from day 24-26, some maybe to day 28.

They are already moving though, at least most of them. Do they usually rock back and fourth this far in advanced?

They can rock in advance. I have had some eggs rocking over 24hours in advance. They are ready to face the world!

Me too! Three of them have been rocking constantly for the past day -day and a half. Thank you!

They usually start rocking when they are getting into position to pip.
